Revenue Management
We guarantee a minimum 15% increase in your room revenue and/or Repay Index. However, some of our partners see a  revenue increase in excess of 100% or more than twice.  How do we do that? It is all about mathematics and vision; we don't see revue management as an independent entity, it is part of very close collaborations between all hotel departments.  Furthermore, we have unitized Real Time Revenue Management Alert System that notifies our revenue team on changes to room inventory and demand. Accordingly, we do not need to wait a week or weeks to manage the revenue feeders; we can see them and act on the same day. No other management company, or revenue management system, offers such a system.
